[摘要] This Governmental Decree validates the the Strategy of potable water supply and sewerage system of residential areas for the period until 2026, defining the main directions and arrangements for water supply and sewerage system of residential areas and also analysis and monitoring. The scope of the Strategy shall be improvement of potable water supply and sewerage services and assignment of tasks and functions to ministries, institutions and local government concerned.
