Decree No. 475 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 725 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on mandatory requirements for safety and labelling of food additives (enriching agents)and the modalities of registration of food additives (enriching agents).

[摘要] Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Food additives (enriching agents), manufactured in third countries and still not released in the European Economic Area, shall be authorized for import and distribution in Latvia if complying with legislative acts regulating circulation of foodstuffs, including food additives (enriching agents), of the European Union and Latvia, on condition that they are registered by the Food and Veterinary Service”.
