[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, made under sections 10, 18, 20 and 43 of the Food Act and sections 8 and 12 of the Act concerning animal diseases, provides for: disposal and health marking of carcases of cattle tested for BSE, and the carcasses of sheep and goats tested TSE diseases; removal of spinal cord from sheep and goats and the selection of meat from head of bovines; and the approval of cutting rooms for TSE materials.
