Regional Law No. 287-41 “On turnover of liquors and spirits”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of collection of fees for issuance of licences for trade of liquors and spirits. Regional Government shall have the following competence: (a) validation of licensing terms and conditions; (b) appointment of the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of licensing of trade of liquors and spirits; (c) registration and keeping record of issued, suspended and cancelled licences; and (d) law enforcement in the sphere of trade of liquors
