Act relative to the carrying into effect of the common agricultural policy of the European Community.

[摘要] This Act provides for that implementation of the EU common agricultural policy in Finland shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Act if not otherwise provided for by community legislation. Section 2 indicates the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as the coordinating supervisory authority and various of its agencies as supervisors for specific fields.
