Law No. 12.341 establishing priority destination to food security programmes for animal and plant origin products legally seized.

[摘要] This Law amends establishes priority destination to food security programmes for animal and plant origin products legally seized according to Law No. 7.889 and Law No. 9.972. It amends articles 2 on sanitary inspection of animal origin products and article 9 on the classification of plant products and establishes that any seized foodstuff in adequate condition for human consumption will be destined with priority to food security programmes.
