Legislative Decree No. 51 implementing Directive 2001/111/EC relating to certain sugars intended for human consumption.

[摘要] The present Legislative Decree has been enacted in order to bring the relevant national legislation in line with Council Directive 2001/111/EC, which lays down standards applicable to certain sugars intended for human consumption. In particular, Annex I to the Decree indicates those sugars which shall be covered by these provisions. In case of infringement, the sanctions set out in article 4 shall be applied.
