Decree No. 302 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on circulation of quick-frozen product.
[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory safety and hygienic requirements for circulation of quick-frozen products, and also requirements for labelling thereof. It shall not be applicable to ice-cream and alimentary ice, and also to cold beverages. In the process of manufacturing of quick-frozen products shall be used exclusively quality and fresh alimentary raw materials. Freezing process must ensure minimal chemical, biochemical and microbiological modification of alimentary raw materials. Packaging
