Commerce (Price Control) (Control of Prices for Food Items) Order 2015 (L.N. No. 101 of 2015).

[摘要] This Order of the Commerce Commission extents control on wholesale or retail prices within Fiji, in so far as they concern specified food specified in the Schedule (maximum wholesale prices, maximum re-wholesale prices, maximum retail prices). It also concerns inclusion of cost of packaging in the price, price labelling of goods, records to be kept on trading in price-controlled items and some other matters regarding pricing.
