[摘要] With article 1 to this Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 2004/61/EC, in part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88, new entries for maximum pesticide residue levels shall be added as shown in the Table attached hereto. Article 2 and 3 to this Decree prescribes that Part A and B of Annex V to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 shall be amended respectively by adding maximum pesticide residue levels according to the Tables contained in these articles.
