Ministerial Decree No. 753 regulating manufacturing of fruit wines and amending Ministerial Decree No. 1233 regulating the manufacturing of alcoholic drinks except for manufacturing of genuine and traditional alcoholic drinks in the protected areas and biosphere reserves.

[摘要] The Ministerial Decree establishes that the legal persons manufacturing fruit wines must own special purpose equipment for the processing of fruits and berries. Subsection 8 of the Ministerial Decree No. 1233 regulating the manufacturing of alcoholic drinks shall be supplemented with the following wording: “Ownership of special purpose equipment for the processing of fruits and berries”.
