[摘要] The Act consists of 39 sections divided in 8 Parts. The Act provides basic regulation for the dairy industry and includes provisions on licences (Part 2), inspections (Part 3), dairy product standards (Part 4), offences (Part 7) and regulations (Part 8). Under section 27, the Minister responsible for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development may assess every producer and processor for a reasonable proportion of the total cost of inspections and of performing tests on raw milk under the Act.
