Poisonous Substances (Guernsey) Law, 1994.

[摘要] This Law grants powers to the States of Guernsey Commerce and Employment Department ("the Board") for the prohibition, regulation or control of the importation, production, treatment, keeping, storage, movement, transport, distribution, disposal, acquisition, supply, sale, use or consumption of any poisonous substance. It also may codes of practice in respect of poisonous substances.
