Commission Directive 2005/79/EC amending Directive 2002/72/EC relating to plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.

[摘要] On the basis of the new information available related to the risk assessment of substances present in plastic materials and articles destined to come into contact with foodstuffs, the present Directive lays down certain amendments to Directive 2002/72/EC. Annexes II, III, V and VI of that Directive 2002/72/EC are amended in accordance with Annexes I to IV hereto.
