Decree on details on medico-economic analysis of diet foods.

[摘要] This Decree of the Ministry of Health is composed of three articles. Medico-economic analysis of diet foods which is not included in the list of dietary foods fully paid or partially paid by the public health insurance, includes: (a) epidemiological data; (b) clinical benefit of therapy; (c) compare the estimated costs of the proposed therapy dietetic foods with estimated costs of the current therapeutic approach; (d) type of pharmaco-economic analysis of the rationale selection and its results;
