Turkish Food Codex Regulation on food enzymes.
[摘要] The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure consumer and human health, consumer rights and environmental protection. This Regulation sets forth provisions on the list of approved food enzymes, conditions of use of food enzymes in food, and rules of labeling of food enzymes sold as such.
