Decree No. 46.761 amending Decree No. 46.712 on the State Policy for Food Acquisition of Family Farming (PAAFamiliar).

[摘要] This Decree amends Decree No. 46.712 on the State Policy for Food Acquisition of Family Farming (PAAFamiliar). Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings, in particular related to payments to be prioritized due to family farmer, rural family entrepreneur or organization of farmers, beneficiaries of PAAFamiliar, who have contracts with the State Public Administration, in order to avoid delays in payments resulting from the application of this Decree.
