[摘要] The Act establishes the procedure to be followed by applicants and the requirements to be met for the registration of pesticides and labels and for the approval of containers. This Act should be read in conjunction with the Agvet Code, set out in the Schedule to the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals Code Act 1994 of the Commonwealth.
