Legislative Decree No. 158 implementing Directive 2003/74/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the prohibition on the use in stockfarming of certain substances having a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of beta-agonists.

[摘要] In compliance with Directive 2003/74/EC, this Decree prohibits the use in stockfarming of certain substances which have a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of beta-agonists. Drugs containing the substances hereby prohibited, however, may be used in animals for therapeutic purposes, under the conditions specified in article 4.
