[摘要] This Regulation sets forth rules and procedures for setting up and operating incubation sites and poultry breeding enterprises. Public and private agencies and individuals who wish to set up and operate such sites and enterprises are obliged to obtain a preliminary permit and must apply to the Provincial Administration.
