[摘要] The aim of this regulation is to determine the official control principles of food of animal origin, protecting the rules of food hygiene, public health, animal health and animal welfare in addition to the articles of the Regulation on Official Controls of Food and Animal Feed. The Regulation covers only principles and procedures relating to the activities that The Regulation of Special Hygiene Rules for Food of Animal Origin is applied and related.
