Ministerial Decree No. 7 validating the Regulation on trade of foodstuffs required for the formation of state food reserves.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that foodstuffs turned to government revenues and required for the formation of state food reserves shall be transferred for payment to regional authorities and local self-government to be stored at specialized storage facilities of trading organizations. Internal trade of the aforesaid foodstuffs shall be authorized exclusively by decision of the heads of regional administration and local self-government.
