[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for raising and keeping of honey bees (Apis mellifera), use thereof for obtaining apiculture products, state support of apiculture and consumer protection. Bee raising activity can be carried out by natural persons, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. Each apiary shall be issued veterinary and sanitary certificate by state veterinary service.
