Ministerial Joint Decree No. 98196 regarding the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues (azoxystrobin) in and on foodstuffs of plant origin, including fruits and vegetables, in compliance with Commission Directive 2002/100/EC.

[摘要] In implementation of article 1 of Council 2002/100/EC, the maximum pesticide residue levels for azoxystrobin in Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 shall be replaced by the maximum pesticide residue levels in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree.
