Governmental Decree No. 275 validating the Regulation on distribution of quotas for import of cane raw sugar for further processing on the national territory.

[摘要] This Governmental Decree establishes the modalities of distribution of quotas for import of cane raw sugar for further processing on the national territory, setting terms and conditions for the aforesaid economic activity. The quotas shall be distributed in the following manner: (a) sugar producing enterprises – 70 percent; and (b) suppliers of raw sugar – 30 percent.
