Regional Act No. 5 laying down rules for the identification of dairy products obtained through traditional processing methods.
[摘要] The present Act specifies those dairy products which are to be identified as products obtained through traditional processing methods. Undertakings engaged in the production of such products shall be registered as per article 4. An authorization issued by the competent local health authority is required to place on the market those products.
