Federal Act amending the Health and Foods Safety Act.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Health and Foods Safety Act (BGBl. I No. 63/2002). In particular, it adds article 12a establishing that the Federal Minister for Health, Family and Youth may by Ordinance levy a tax on the packaging of certain medicines brought into circulation. The fee has to be paid by the licensee authorized to produce them.
