Decree implementing Directive 2007/29/EC, which amends Directive 96/8/EC as regards labelling, advertising or presenting foods intended for use in energy-restricted diets for weight reduction.

[摘要] This Decree amends Decree No. 519 of 1998 by replacing article 4, paragraph 3. According to the new provision, the labelling, advertising and presentation of the products covered by such Decree shall not make any reference to the rate or amount of weight loss which may result from their use.
