Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1151/2009 imposing special conditions governing the import of sunflower oil originating in or consigned from Ukraine due to contamination risks by mineral oil and repealing Decision 2008/433/EC.

[摘要] This Regulation lays down the conditions to be fulfilled for importing into the European Community crude and refined sunflower seed oil originating in or consigned from Ukraine. These conditions, which aim at preventing the importation of contaminated sunflower oil, fix the maximum quantity allowed of mineral paraffin.
