[摘要] Decree of 21 March 1973 concerning the hygiene requirements of packages, containers and tools destined to come into contact with food or substances for personal use is hereby supplemented by inserting new article 13 bis, which allows the use of certain plastic containers and tools, under specific conditions. Moreover, Annex V, which lays down the list of the fruit species which may come into contact with the materials above-mentioned, is added.
