Regional Law No. 1248-OD “On state regulation of retail trade and vending of liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates retail trade and vending of liquors that shall be subject to mandatory issuance of licence by licensing authority. Retail trade and vending of liquors shall be performed exclusively by licence holder. The period of validity of licence shall be 5 years and it shall be subject to renewal. Issued, acting, suspended and cancelled licences shall be subject to mandatory state registration.
