Act amending the Food Production Act 1997.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Food Production Act 1997 (BGBl. No. 789/1996). In particular, article 11 establishing that the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Resources may order necessary inervention measures in case of a disruption of supply; article 10 on Announcement of Ordinances is also amended.
