Ministerial Decree No. 943 validating the Regulation on particulars of labelling of the products released for the first time on the market with compliance mark and consumer protection.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that in order to prevent misleading customers and for reasons of consumer protection all the products released for the first time on the market shall be labelled with compliance mark bearing inscription “Newly released product” for the period of 1 year since the date of the beginning of the manufacturing of the product.
