Decree-Law No. 141/98 approving EC Council Directive No. 93/120 regulating poultry production and trade within EC countries.

[摘要] This Decree-Law approves EC Council Directive No. 93/120 of 22 December establishing sanitary procedures to be applied on poultry production and trade (including eggs) within EC countries and on imports originating from third countries. It consists of 9 articles and 5 Annexes establishing veterinary controls to be carried out in order to perform the aforesaid activity and sanitary requirements to be satisfied by poultry breeding centres (including slaughtering procedures).
