Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Public Health validating Sanitary rules, regulations and hygienic requirements “Requirements for consumption of foodstuffs and energetic value for various groups of the population of the Republic of Belarus.”

[摘要] The scope of this Decree shall be to serve as guidelines for planning of manufacturing and consumption of foodstuffs, assessment of food reserves, planning feeding of the population, elaboration of average daily consumption of foodstuffs and assessment of actual nutrition of the population. It contains nutritional standards, optimal balance of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in daily dietary values for different population groups.
