Law no. 238 of 12 December 2016 on the organic discipline of Wine cultivation and wine production and trade.

[摘要] This Law defines the production and commercialization standards for what is classified as organic sector derived wine cultivation and related products; necessary organic production and enological practices to be observed, monitored and implemented; protection of geographic indications of origin, names and traditional lectures; labelling, presentation and advertising of such wine products; offences and penalties and other relevant provisions.
