[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of eight articles and two Annexes, establishes: (1) maximum levels of harmful elements in extraction solvents; (2) the list of substances and materials allowed as extraction solvents for food production; (3) conditions of use of extraction solvents; (4) maximum residue limits of extraction solvents in foodstuffs or food ingredients; (5) detailed requirements relating to marking of extraction solvents.
