[摘要] The President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested by law, transfers the following agencies from the Department of Agriculture to the Office of the President: a) National Food Authority; b) National Irrigation Administration; c) Philippine Coconut Authority; and d) Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority.
