[摘要] This Decree-Law is composed of four chapters divided into 17 articles and two annexes. It regulates mineral water trade, providing a definition of water types and springs. Special attention is paid to health standards and hygiene control; it also establishes sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein.
