Decree No. 141 of 2011 (XII.23.) of the Ministry of Rural Development concerning the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin.

[摘要] The purpose of this Decree is to implements EU norms regulating imports of certain food and feed.. According to this Decree official controls on imported vegetables, fruits and other raw food of vegetable origin are performed by county level governmental offices competent for plant and soil protection, while official controls on imported feed and processed food are performed by county level governmental offices competent for food-chain safety and animal health.
