[摘要] This Regulation prescribes quality requirements in the production and marketing of table waters, and is related to: a) physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory properties and composition; b) allowed technological treatments; c) analytical methods for the quality control; d) additional labelling requirements; e) microbiological criteria.
