Government Regulation laying down certain conditions for granting of support to deliveries of fruit, vegetables, milk and school products to schools.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Government lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, conditions for the granting support to: (a) supply of fruits, vegetables and fruit and vegetable products to pupils of primary schools; (b) supply of milk and dairy products to pupils of primary and secondary schools. The support shall be granted to the following products: (a) fresh fruits and vegetables, packaged fresh fruits and vegetables or fresh fruit and vegetables which are listed in Parts IX and X
