Regulation on the organization and implementation of official controls carried out on the production areas and relaying areas for live bivalve molluscs.

[摘要] This Regulation provides the specific rules for the organization and implementation of official controls to be performed/carried out on the production areas (and their relaying areas) of live bivalve molluscs (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia), and further prescribes the terms of the Plan for monitoring the quality of sea and shellfish production areas and relaying areas for live bivalve molluscs.
