Ministerial Decree No. 1243 validating Sanitary and Veterinary Regulation on supervision over trade of livestock and commodities of animal origin.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out control over trade of livestock and commodities of animal origin. It shall not be applicable to transportation of animals. Objects of control can be: (a) live animals registered and marked; (b) traceable in order to be able to identify stock breeding farm; (c) accompanied by veterinary certificate; and (d) cannot originate from farms, enterprises, provinces or areas under veterinary restrictions of infected by animal diseases.
