Regulations amending Regulations regarding control over the sale of poultry meat (No. R. 471 of 2016).
[摘要] These Regulations amend the Regulations regarding control over the sale of poultry meat in provisions concerning, among other things, quality standards for poultry meat which is intended for further processing or for use in the manufacturing or preparation of another foodstuff and poultry carcasses, food additives in poultry products, class designations, sampling and analysis for determining moisture content (also for frozen products).
