Resolution No. 417 of 2013 of Georgian Government on Rules for Sale of Food and Animals at Agricultural Markets

[摘要] The Resolution provides for rules for business operators that sell food products on agricultural markets. It imposes obligation on individuals that sell food on the markets to register as business operators and ensure meeting requirements for food safety, hygiene, food storage, disease prevention, market location, and waste management.
