Regional Law No. 1883 VH-I “On state regulation of manufacturing and turnover of ethyl alcohol and liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates the issues of manufacturing and turnover of ethyl alcohol and liquors. Regional executive bodies shall perform the following plenary powers: (a) licensing of trade and vending of liquors, state registration of issued, suspended and cancelled licenses; (b) supervision over declaration of production output of retail sale of liquors; and (c) enforcement of the legislation in the sphere of manufacturing, trade and vending of liquors.
