[摘要] This Decree This Decree regulates certain aspects of the manufacture of and trade in coffee and chicory extracts (as defines in article 2). It implements Council Directive 1999/4. It prohibits the manufacture of and trade in coffee- and chicory extracts that do not meet the requirements laid down in the present Decree regarding their composition and labelling.
