Presidential Decree No. 162 amending Presidential Decree No. 259/1998, in compliance with Directive 2008/97/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

[摘要] In compliance with the provisions of Directive 2008/97/EC, this Decree aims at prohibiting the use of certain substances having a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of ß-agonists in stock farming and to replacing the text of Annex VI, which lays down the list of prohibited substances. Thus, article 2 (paragraph 2, point b), article 3, article 5 (paragraph 2, point i), article 12 (paragraph 1) are hereby replaced while article 6a is abrogated.
