Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to veterinary border controls of foodstuffs of animal origin (No. 785 of 1999).

[摘要] This Decree provides for border controls of various products of animal origin intended for human consumption and imported from third countries. The border control is carried out in order to safeguard the hygienic quality of the food imported and to prevent the spreading of animal diseases.
